摘要
目前在急性颈内动脉（ICA）闭塞的治疗方面存在较多的争议,本文总结了包括静脉溶栓、动脉溶栓、血管内支架、机械取栓及外科手术治疗在内的ICA闭塞的主要治疗方法,并对各种治疗方法的特点及预后进行总结。
The treatments for acute internal carotid artery （ICA） occlusion are still controversial.This essay summarized the major treatments for acute ICA occlusion,including intravenous-thrombolysis,intraarterial-thrombolysis,carotid-artery stenting,thrombectomy,embolectomy and carotid endarterectomy.
