摘要
目的探讨胸壁结核的超声表现,为临床诊断治疗胸壁结核提供依据。方法选取2011年1月至2015年12月经穿刺活检或经手术切除后病理确诊的108例胸壁结核的住院或门诊患者。结果胸壁结核超声表现为实性回声型41例(37.96%),液性暗区型12例(11.11%),混合回声型55例(50.93%)。发病群体以青壮年为主,男性多于女性。主要临床表现为局部肿痛和肿块伴波动感。结论超声能够清晰显示胸壁结核病灶的内部结构特征及周围组织关系,准确提供病灶向周围组织扩散蔓延的深度和范围,可作为检查胸壁结核的首选辅助诊断方法。
Objective To investigate the ultrasonic changes of chest wall tuberculosis in order to provide data for clinical diag- nosis and treatment of the disease. Methods We selected 108 patients with chest wall tuberculosis in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015. These patients had been confirmed by biopsies or surgeries. Results There were 41 patients （37.96%） with solid echo type, 12 （ 11.11% ） with a type of liquid dark area and 55 （50. 93 % ） with a type of mixed echoic. Onset was young. Male pa- tients were more than female patients. The main clinical manifestations were local swelling and bump with a sense of volatility. Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound can clearly show the internal structure relationship between chest wall and surrounding tissues of tuberculosis. With aid of color Doppler ultrasound, we can know the depth and range of surrounding tissue of focus, which can be used as a preferred auxiliary diagnosis method for the disease.
