摘要 煤层气是煤层中自生自储的以甲烷为主的气体,是一种新型清洁能源和优质化工原料。而生物成因煤层气是可开采的主要煤层气,关于生物成因煤层气的研究在煤层资源利用方面有着重要的意义。本文对生物成因煤层气煤地质微生物、生物煤层气增采实验方法、成气影响因素及生成机理进行了综述,并通过总结前人的研究成果,对生物成因煤层气成气基质类型、本源微生物特别是甲烷菌的代谢过程及条件、成气过程的实验模拟等未来研究方向进行了展望。 Being self-generated and self-stored in coal seam,coal-bed gas is mainly consisting of methane,it is a kind of new clean energy and high-quality chemical raw material.Since biogenic coal-bed gas makes up the main minable coal-bed gas,the research on biogenic coal-bed gas has great significance in the use of coal bed resources.The following aspects were summarized in this article: Coal geological microbiology,experiment method of increasingly mining biogenic coal-bed gas,influence factors and forming mechanism of biogenic coal-bed gas.Through the summary of previous research outcomes of the predecessors,the type of substrate forming of the biogenic coal-bed gas,the metabolic process and condition of native resource microorganisms,especially methano-bacteria,and experimental simulation and the future direction study of the biogenic coal-bed gas forming process are also prospected in this paper.
