摘要
北方半干旱地区的小规模养牛户,引进低成本的多功能有机蔬菜栽培系统可有效改善其经营状况。具体来说利用当地资源的栽培系统具有发热,追肥,保温,保水,绝热,防风,防草,防虫等多功能。2012年,在内蒙古自治区苏尼特右旗500m^2面积试验地种植了迷你南瓜170株,最终收获953.2kg,平均每株9个南瓜,每个南瓜重量623g。2012-2014年生产的迷你南瓜委托北京有机农产品生产销售企业向消费者免费发放并征求意见,结果显示有65.8%的消费者有按16.0元/kg以上价格的购买意愿。在不考虑交易成本的情况下,根据购买意愿以及生产销售成本,计算出小规模养牛户引进有机蔬菜种植所增加的纯收入为731.1元/100m^2。
We investigated the effectiveness of introducing organic vegetable semi - arid regions, by introducing a low - cost multi - functional system u cultivation to small dairy farms in the tilizing regional resources. We cuhivated 170 mini pumpkin plants in a 500m^2 experimental field in Suniteyouqi, Inner Mongolia; and harvested 953.2kg (9 pieces per plant, 623g per piece on average) in 2012. The mini pumpkins harvested in 2012 - 2014 were provided to consumers through a company in Beijing that is involved in producing and selling organic vegetables. Results showed that 65.8% of its customers were willing to pay more than 16.0 RMB/kg. The income derived from cultivating organic mini pumpkins, without transaction costs, can be evaluated based on the consumers willingness to pay and the production and marketing costs, that is, growing organic vegetables is expected to generate revenues of about 731.1RMB/100m^2.
