摘要
基于风力机在不同运行区域中的功率特性,提出了一种改进控制策略。该控制方法在综合考虑转速控制和功率控制的基础上,在变桨控制器中引入了功率前馈控制器,使输出功率对风速的变化提前做出响应;在转矩控制器中加入了转矩补偿控制,使转速高于额定转速时,转矩响应更加快速,并且在确定转矩给定值之前引入一个加权平均值算法,减小给定转矩随风速发生的突变。利用MATLAB对传统和改进两种控制策略进行了验证。验证结果表明:当机组处于过渡区时,在传统控制策略下机组的功率输出值存在较大的扰动,控制效果不理想,而改进的控制策略能够有效地抑制阵风对转矩给定值的扰动,使输出功率更加平滑,减小了对电网的冲击。
A kind of improved control strategy based on power characteristic of wind turbine in different operating regions is presented. On the basis of comprehensively considering rotate speed control and power control, this method introduces pow- er feed forward controller in the variable pitch controller thus make output power respond to change of wind speed in ad- vance. In the torque controller, it adds torque compensation control which can make torque response more rapid when ro- tate speed is faster than rated rotate speed. In addition, a weighted average algorithm is introduced before determining set value of the torque so as to reduce mutation of the given torque with change of wind speed. MATLAB software is used to verify basic control strategy and improved control strategy respectively. Results indicate when the wind generating set is in transition zone, there is large disturbance in output value of power under traditional control strategy which means unsatisfac- tory control effect, while the improved control strategy would effectively restrain disturbance of gust to the torque which can make output power more smooth and reduce impact on the power grid.
