摘要
为了确保机组安全稳定运行,对上海汽轮机厂13.5 MW驱动给水泵汽轮机跳闸回路存在的隐患进行了分析,提出了对跳闸回路进行改造的重要性。针对存在的隐患,对电源线路、电磁阀和压力开关及逻辑等进行改造,通过增加系统的冗余保护,优化电磁阀组合布置,真正地提高了机组安全稳定性。
In order to guarantee the security and stability operation of generator unit, hidden troubles of trip circuit in 13.5 MW driving water feeding pump steam turhine of Shanghai steam turbine plant are analyzed, and the importance of the rip circuit modification is proposed. Aiming at hidden troubles, modifications of power lines, solenoid valve, pressure switch and logic are accomplished. By adding redundant protection of system and optimizing the combination arrangement of solenoid valves, the security and stability of generator unit is truly improved.
