摘要
网络自出版以自主性强、出版效率高、投放精准、全方位满足用户需求等优势不断冲击传统出版,促使其开始打造自出版平台以应对竞争。传统出版的自出版平台依托合法地位、国家政策支持以及多年资源积累的优势,有后发先至、厚积厚发的可能。传统出版的自出版平台,须在维持原有文化品位的基础上,以追求客户资源聚合效应为先并不断开拓新的客户资源,注重技术升级以打造全流程数字复合出版平台,明确市场定位以做到精准服务,从提升服务时效、服务附加值、客户选择自主性和参与度等方面来全方位提升服务质量,才能拥有强大的竞争力。
The network self-publishing has the advantages of high autonomy, high publishing efficiency, accurate delivery and full range of users' needs which has being impacted on the traditional publishing. So traditional publishing begins to establish a set of self-publishing platform to cope with competition. The traditional publishing platform relies on the legal status, national policy support and the advantages of resources accumulated over the years. Although it appears relatively late, it is possible to achieve greater success and show the advantages. Traditional publishing platform should create own self-publishing platform which must maintain the original cultural taste, and open up new customer resources, based on the pursuit of customer resource aggregation effect; focus on technology upgrades to build the whole process digital composite publishing platform; have a clear market position in order to achieve accurate services; improve service quality or service added value and customer choice autonomy or participation in a full range of service quality. Only by taking these measures, their self-publishing platform may have a strong competitiveness.
