摘要
开放式基金是我国资本市场的新生事物 ,其运作和监管制度还相当欠缺。通过对美国开放式基金发展的制度考察 ,总结其成功经验 ,并以此为借鉴提出了我国开放式基金发展的几点启示。
The open funds are new things on the capital market of our country. Its operation and supervisory system are also quite absent and deficient. This article reviews American open fund system, summarizes its successful experiences and proposes some enlightenments of open fund development to our country.
