摘要 介绍了用于生产新型聚醚的乙氧基化反应器的开发应用进展情况,对传统的釜式搅拌反应器、近年开发的新型Press反应器、连续化管路反应器以及Buss反应器的工艺流程和特点进行了比较。指出早期的乙氧基化反应器存在反应时间长、产品质量差、系统安全性差、副产物多、易造成环境污染等问题,新型反应器具有反应速率高、产品质量好、系统安全性高、副产物少、生产能耗低等优点,新型的Press反应器和Buss反应器将逐渐代替传统的搅拌反应器,近年成功开发应用的乙氧基化环路反应器和连续化管道反应器在聚醚生产反应器中也具有一定的竞争实力。 The development and application status of ethoxylation reactor used in production of novel polyether are presented. The technical process and features of traditional stirred tank reactor, and the new reactors developed in recent years such as Press-reactor, continuous tubular reactor and Buss-reactor, are compared. It is pointed out that the early ethoxylation reactor has disadvantages of long time of reaction, low quality of products, poor system security, more by-product and environment pollution, while the new type of re- actor has advantages of high speed of reaction, good quality of products, high security of the system, less by-product and low consump- tion of energy. The trend of the ethoxylation reactor is that the Press-reactor and Buss-reactor will replace the traditional stirred tank reactor, and the circuit reactor and continuous tubular reactor also possess particular competitive strength in the polyether production.
