产品差异化战略是企业竞争战略的一种 ,它可以通过提供多种选择来满足消费者的偏好 ,为企业带来竞争优势。但是产品差异化程度加深的同时 ,也会产生成本加大、协调困难等问题 ,为此 ,试图探究企业在推行产品差异化战略时会遇到什么样的两难处境。
Product variety is an important strategy of companies. Companies can meet consumers demand by providing them with choices, which may bring competitive advantages to companies. Concerning cost and coordination, however, product variety also increases some problems. This thesis discusses problems likely to exist in uncertain environments when a company carries out this strategy.
