摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜与开腹直肠癌全系膜切除术治疗直肠癌患者的近期疗效及并发症发生率。方法抽选2013年1月-2014年2月在我院就诊并接收治疗的直肠癌患者72例为研究对象，结合患者入院时间先后分为两组。观察组（36例）选用腹腔镜下直肠癌全系膜切除术，对照组（36例）实施开腹直肠癌全系膜切除术，对比两组患者治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者术中出血量、术后排气时间以及整体住院时间均小于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者术后并发症发生率12.5%，其中吻合口出血者1例、术后感染者1例、吻合口瘘者1例、肠梗阻者1例；对照组患者术后并发症发生率32.3%，其中吻合口出血者2例、术后感染者4例、吻合口瘘者2例、肠梗阻者2例。对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜下直肠癌全系膜切除术治疗直肠癌患者具有更加良好的手术指标，患者并发症发生率更低。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic and open colorectal cancer and complications rate between recent film treatment of patients with colorectal cancer resection of the entire department.MethodsDecimated from January 2013 to February 2014 in patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital and received treatment 72 patients for the study,combined with admission chronologicaly divided into two groups. Observation group（n=36） or laparoscopic colorectal cancer total mesorectal excision,the control group（36 cases）the implementation of the open membrane colorectal cancer resection,compared to the therapeutic effect and complication rates between the two groups of patients the entire department.ResultsThe observation group blood loss,postoperative discharge time,and overal hospital stay were less than the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Postoperative complication rate of 12.5% of patients in the observation group,including anastomotic bleeding in 1 case,1 case of postoperative infection,anastomotic leakage in 1 case,1 case of intestinal obstruction,incidence of postoperative complications in patients in the control group 32.3 %,wherein the anastomotic bleeding in 2 cases,4 cases of postoperative infection,anastomotic leakage in 2 cases,2 cases of intestinal obstruction. Compare the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionLaparoscopic colorectal cancer total mesorectal excision for patients with colorectal cancer surgery have more favorable indicators,the incidence of complications in patients less worthy of promotion.
