多媒体健康教育在全膝关节置换术病人康复治疗中的应用 被引量:27

摘要 [目的]探讨多媒体健康教育在促进全膝关节置换术病人术后康复治疗中的应用效果。[方法]选取我院2013年1月—9月行全膝关节置换术病人共100例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组50例。试验组在传统健康教育模式上增加多媒体形式的教育方法,对照组予以传统健康教育模式。所有病人均由同一组关节外科医生行全膝关节置换术,术后均纳入常规康复计划并行临床随访。比较两组病人KSS评分。[结果]两组病人术前及出院前1d的KSS评分比较差异无统计学意义,试验组病人术后1个月、6个月、1年KSS评分高于对照组。[结论]多媒体健康教育在全膝关节置换术病人康复治疗中的应用可增强病人的主动锻炼意识、提高术后康复效果。
