垂直液压冷弯管机内胎的优化与改进

摘要 以垂直液压冷弯机内胎为背景,针对内胎在实际应用过程中出现的问题,在制造冷弯管机内胎过程中分别对从动轮支板、导向轴以及主动轮支板进行优化来提升内胎产品性能,大大降低了维修成本,提高了工作效率与弯管质量,降低了劳动强度。 The cyw series vertical hydraulic cold bending machines are mainly used for pipeline construction in cold bending machines production. In this study,the existing problems occurred in the practical operation of the inner tire of vertical hydraulic cold bending machines are discussed. The optimization of the driven wheel support plate,the guide shaft and the drive wheel strut in the inner tire manufacturing process is conducted to improve the performance of inner tire. The optimized inner tire is more suitable for the demands of the construction site,greatly reducing the maintenance costs,improving efficiency and elbow quality and decreasing the labor intensity.
