摘要 在国家标准方法“GB/T5750.6—2006”的基础上,用无水乙醇代替有毒的丙酮,同时结合生化分析仪的软硬件条件,实现水中六价铬的快速、自动测定。测定方法的线性范围为0-200μg/L,线性相关系数r=0.9996,检出限为3.9μg/L(取样量为35μL),加标回收率在98.7%~101%。方法具有取样量少、简便快速、自动准确检测等特点,适合大批量样品的分析应用,有效避免人为操作和环境条件对定量测定的不良影响。 On the basis of thenational standard method (GB/T 5750.6-2006), a new method was developed for rapid and automatic determination of hexavalent chromium in water by replacing toxic acetone with anhydrous ethanol and using both hardware and software of the biochemical analyzer. The linear range of the method was 0--200 μg/L, the correlation coefficient r was 0. 999 6, the detection limit was 3.9 μg/L (The sampling amount was 35 μL), the recovery rate was 98.7%--101%. The method has the characteristics of small sampling volume, simplicity, fast speed, automatic and accurate detection, and is suitable for the analysis of large quantities of samples. In addition, it can effectively avoid the adverse effects of human operation and environmental condition on the quantitative measurement.
