摘要
【摘要】目的分析手法小切口白内障术后眼疼痛的因素。方法本研究为回顾性病例对照，对非选择性手法小切口白内障手术414例（452眼）采用通用数字评定量表（NRS），进行统计评分。分析65例（65眼）术后眼疼痛的因素。结果术后眼疼痛的主要因素，有术中角膜上皮损伤、角膜内皮水肿、前房反应、一过性眼压升高、前段葡萄膜炎、手术源性干眼及术后精神紧张等。结论严格术前检查，术中减少对组织的损伤，对术后眼部疼痛及时正确处理，以避免医疗纠纷。
Objective To analyze the factors for eye pain after manual small incision cataract surgery. Methods The study was a retrospective case-control study . The cases included 452 eyes of 414 patients who accepted nonselective manual small incision cataract surgery. The factors for eye pain after surgery were analyzed using the numerical rating scale（NRS）. The factors associated with pain feeling after cataract surgery were analyzed. Results In 452 eyes of 414 cases, 65 eyes of 65 cases were found to have pain feeling after surgery. The main factors for postoperative eye pain included intraoperative corneal epithelial damage, corneal endothelial edema, anterior chamber reaction, transient high intraocular pressure, anterior uveitis, surgical dry eyes, postoperative mental tension, and so on. Conclusion Carefully preoperative examinations, few intraoperative injuries and attention to postoperative pain, and timly correct treatment can avoid medical tangle.
