摘要
气密箱是无料钟高炉生产布料的关键设备,本文分析了攀钢钒四号高炉炉顶气密箱的工艺控制要求,以及高炉气密箱倾动控制系统的发展状况,对目前四高炉气密箱利用PLC控制倾动的控制原理进行了详细阐述,取得了可观的经济效益。
Air tight box is the key equipment without bell blast furnace production of cloth, this paper analyzes the panzhihua vanadium no.4 blast furnace top air tight box process control requirements, and air tight box of blast furnace, the development situation of tilting control system for four of the blast furnace air tight box using the PLC control of the tilting control principle in detail, has achieved considerable economic benefits.
