摘要
生物化学实验是提高生物工程专业学生专业技能的重要的基础课,开放性实验教学是提高大学生独立思考和动手能力综合素质的重要的教学方法。文章以山东建筑大学生物工程专业为例,分析了传统生物化学实验教学存在的教学内容陈旧、教学方式单一,师生缺乏交流,学生动手时间少,学生的主体地位淡化,实验教学目标不清,考核标准不合理的问题和弊端;阐述了实施开放性生物化学实验教学改革的重要性;提出了开放性生物化学实验教学方法的改革措施和开放性实验教学方法改革措施及实施流程,并通过教学实践证实:以学生为主体的开放性实验教学对开发学生创新能力、独立思考能力和操作能力具有重要作用。
Biochemistry experiment is to improve the biological engineering students' professional skills, and the basic courses of open experiment teaching is to improve the overall quality of college students' independent thinking and practical ability. By Jianzhu University as an example, the paper analyzes the taking bioengineering specialty of Shandong existing problems in the traditional biological chemical experiment teaching, and based on the biochemistry of the frontier and cross discipline characteristic, explores the students as the main body, teachers' scientific research subject as support of open experiment content, taking the teacher guidance, completed by the student independent design and new methods of open experimental teaching. Through the teaching practice, it has proved that taking the student as the main body of the open experiment teaching to develop students' innovation ability, independent thinking ability and operation ability plays an important role. Certain achievement has been obtained in the biochemical experiment teaching in Shandong Jianzhu University. This plays an important role in developing students' creative ability, independent ability and operation ability.
