摘要
利用物联网中的RFID技术,通过RFID电子标签、读写器、EPC编码标、Savant网络等,在冷链物流过程中对生鲜食品生产、运输、零售等环节进行信息化跟踪与检测,实时显示,以增强冷链物流管理的透明性,增加生鲜食品物流处理的效率,从而实现全程监控,使整个物流过程更加智能化、自动化,确保让人们吃到放心、健康的食品。
In this paper,the use of Internet of Things RFID technology,through the RFID tags,readers,EPC coding standard,Savant networks,etc.,in the process of cold chain logistics for fresh food production,transportation,retail and other sectors of information technology tracking and detection,real-time display,in order to enhance the transparency of the cold chain and logistics management,logistics and increase the efficiency of fresh food processing in order to achieve full control of the entire logistics process more intelligent,automated.
