摘要
主要介绍了碱性(NaOH)环境下,空气中的O_2、CO_2、SO_2、Cl_2对钢结构腐蚀的机理。钢结构发生腐蚀会降低结构的承载力,根据承载力降低的程度对结构采用不同的加固方法。工程实践证明:选用合适的加固和防腐方法可以提高钢结构的承载力,延长使用寿命,取得较好的经济效益。
This paper introduced the corrosion mechanism of steel structure under the influence of O2,CO2,SO2,Cl2 in the air of alkaline environment. The corrosion could reduce the bearing capacity of steel structure,so according to the degree of reduction of bearing capacity,different strengthening methods were applied to the steel structure. Through an engineering example,it was proved that the bearing capacity could be improved by using the appropriate reinforcement and anti-corrosion methods,as well as its service life and economic benefits.
