摘要
坚持党的领导加强党的建设是党的一贯主张和重大原则。新一轮国企改革从机构设置、人事安排、资产监管等方面对坚持党的领导提出了很多新要求。同时,也从顶层设计上突出了几项重大权力,对党的建设作出了新的制度安排。
The need to uphold the Party＇s leadership and strengthen Party building has been consistently advocated by the Party as an important principle. The new round of SOEs reform has identified a number of new requirements for upholding the Party＇s leadership in terms of institutional structure, personnel arrangement and assets supervision. Meanwhile, several major powers are highlighted in the top-level design, with new institutional arrangements laid out for the Party building effort.
