摘要
针对一种商用催化剂对模拟烟气中SO_2的催化氧化效果进行了考查,并结合硫酸氢铵在催化剂表面的分解温度,对该商用催化剂的适宜运行温度进行了分析。热重分析表明,300℃条件下单纯硫酸氢铵及其与催化剂的混合物已开始失重,且催化剂对硫酸氢铵分解过程具有促进作用。综合硫酸氢铵在催化剂表面的热分解行为以及SO_2在催化剂作用下的固定床评价试验获知,该催化剂适宜的运行温度为330℃。
The catalytic activity of a commercial SCR catalyst on oxidation of SO2 was investigated, and the decomposition of NH4HSO4 mixed with the catalyst was analyzed by thermogravimetric (TG) analyzer, for determination of anoptimal operation temperature of the catalyst. The TG analysis showed that the weight loss started at around 300℃ for both of a solo NH4HSO4 and the mixture of NH4HSO4 with catalyst, and the catalyst had a promoting effect for the decomposition of NH4 HSO4. Considering the two aspects from the fixed bed testing result and the TG analysis, 330℃ was a proper running temperature for this commercial SCR catalyst.
