摘要
一种新型散热结构设计,采用板材冲压成型,与发热芯片相接触,使热量通过冲压成型的散热片传导至外部,从而降低产品的工作温度。加工工艺简单,安装方便,有效提高产品散热性能,同时也大幅度降低产品成本。
Article introduces a new type of heat dissipation structure design, which is made of stamping forming sheet metal, being contacted chip, with thus heat is conducted to the external, reducing the working temperature of products. This production process is simple with easy installation, effectively improves the heat dissipation performance, but also greatly reduces the product cost.
