摘要
目的观察新疆维吾尔族糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic Retinopathy,DR)患者血清中1,25(OH)_2D_3和细胞因子表达水平差异。方法收集维吾尔族DR患者和健康人外周血,采用ELISA法检测血清1,25(OH)_2D_3浓度,采用Cytometric Bead Array技术检测血清细胞因子水平。结果 DR增殖期患者的血清1,25(OH)_2D_3与非增殖期和正常对照相比减少,DR增殖期患者血清IFN-γ与非增殖期和正常对照相比减少,DR增殖期患者血清IL-6与正常对照相比增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DR的发病与免疫反应激活有关,血清中低水平表达1,25(OH)_2D_3可能是DR的危险因素。
Objective To observe the serum level of 1,25(OH)_2D_3 and the expression of cytokines of diabetic retinopathy patients in Xinjiang Uyghur population.Methods The peripheral blood samples were collected from Uygur DR patients and normal controls in our hospital.ELISA was performed to estimate the serum levels of 1,25(OH)_2D_3.The serum Th1/Th2/Th17 cytokines were detected by Bead Array Cytometric technology.Results The serum 1,25(OH)_2D_3 levels were significantly decreased in proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR)patients compared with the non proliferation diabetic retinopathy(NPDR)patients and normal controls(P〈0.05).Serum IFN-γlevels were significant reduced in PDR compared with NPDR and normal controls(P〈0.05).Serum IL-6was significantly increased in PDR compared with the normal controls(P〈 0.05).Conclusion The pathogenesis of DR is related to the activation of immune response.Low 1,25(OH)_2D_3 expression in serum may be a risk factor of DR.
