摘要
利用DEFORM-3D数值模拟软件模拟模锻过程,对模锻模具进行优化设计。在不同模锻速度、摩擦系数下进行模锻数值模拟。结果表明随模锻速度的增加,终锻温度越来越高;随模锻速度的增加,模锻成形力不断升高,但变化不大;模锻成形力随摩擦系数的增大而增大,但只对模具型腔的最后填充阶段及打靠阶段影响显著。
Based on the numerical simulation of die forging process by DEFORM-3D, the forging die design is optimized. In different speed or friction coefficient, die forging numerical simulation is carried out. The results indicate that final forging temperature is higher and higher with the increase of the die forging speed. Die forging forming force has little rise with the increase of the die forging speed. Die forging forming force increases with the increase of friction coefficient, but only to the end of the mold filling stage and forging stage have significant effects.
