摘要
由于缺乏健全的外部条件、缺乏有效的监督管理机制、企业利益诉求不能有效体现等原因,使JT学院物流专业校企合作存在的问题是:缺乏健全的管理体制,评价主体单一;缺乏长效的运行机制,利益分配不清;缺乏吸引物流企业参与的有效载体;校企合作流于形式。JT学院为更好的实现进行校企合作,真正实现理论与实践的零对接,应根据物流人才广泛需求,提高物流专业的筹办水平,大力加强科技创新和社会服务方面的建设和扶持,建立长效的"双元"办学合作机制。
There are problems for the cooperation between enterprises and the logistics specialty of JT Institute caused by poor external conditions, lack of effective supervision and management system, and partly semi-satisfied interest demand of enterprises. The manage- ment system is unsound with the single assessment subject. There are no long-term operating system and specific profit distribution pro- ject. No efficient carrier is introduced for the participation of logistics enterprises. And the cooperation becomes a mere formality. To joint the theory and practice well and strengthen the cooperation, JT Institute should, on the basis of the broad requirement for logistic profes- sionals, improve the operation and management of the logistics specialty, proactively enhance science and technology innovation and sup- port for social services, and build a long-term dual cooperation system.
