摘要
硫酸镓铵法生产高纯氧化镓,以工业粗镓(3N)制备硫酸镓、偏析法提纯硫酸镓铵,经焙烧制成β-氧化镓。制备的产品氧化镓纯度达到5N,具有技术简单可靠,产品质量稳定的特点。
The experiment on preparation of the high purity Gallium oxide with NH4Ga(SO4)2 is for reference of the preparation of the high purity aluminum oxide with NH4Al(SO4)2. The technology of 3N Ga is taken as a raw material, which is purificated by segregation method, and the level 5N of the products can be reached. This technology is a simple and reliable. And the product quality is stable.
