摘要
[目的]创制具有较高生物活性的绿色农药。[方法]将具有优良生物活性的肟酯基团与1,4-戊二烯-3-酮结构有机结合,设计合成了一系列新型含肟酯结构的姜黄素衍生物,并在质量浓度为500 mg/L时,测定了目标化合物的抗烟草花叶病毒活性。[结果]该系列目标化合物结构经IR,1H NMR、13C NMR和HRMS确证,抗病毒活性测试结果表明:在实验测试浓度下,绝大部分化合物对烟草花叶病毒拥有较好的抑制活性。[结论]1,4-戊二烯-3-酮肟酯类化合物对烟草花叶病毒具有较好的抑制作用,在其结构基础上进行一定的结构修饰,有望得到具有较高生物活性的有机小分子。
[Aims] This paper aims to explore green agrochemicals with potent biological activities. [Methods] A series of novel curcumin derivatives bearing oxime esters moiety were synthesized via the method of combining the oxime esters group and 1,4-pentadien-3-one in one molecules, and their antiviral activities against tobacco mosaic virus at 500 mg/L were systematically evaluated. [Results] The title compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS, and the results of biological assay indicated that most of the title compounds showed moderate to good antiviral activities against TMV at 500 mg/L. [Conclusions] 1,4-Pentadien-3-one oxime esters exhibited good antiviral activities against TMV and some small organic molecules with potent biological activities might be obtained via the structural modification based on the 1,4-pentadien-3-one oxime esters.
