摘要
目的观察益气活血通络汤治疗脑血栓患者的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月治疗的104例脑血栓患者予以回顾性分析,设计治疗方案时将行常规西医治疗的56例设为对照组,行益气活血通络汤治疗的48例设为研究组,观察并对比两组治疗前后神经功能缺损、不良反应及生活质量评分变化情况。结果两组治疗后NDS评分较治疗前均降低,且研究组降低幅度显著大于对照组,即治疗研究组NDS评分(10.32±2.54)分显著低于对照组(15.59±3.35)分,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑血栓行益气活血通络汤治疗可取得显著效果,其能够有效改善患者神经功能,且安全性高,促使其早日康复,从而提高患者预后质量,具临床推广价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis. Methods The data of104 cases of cerebral thrombosis patients in our hospital from Tanuary 2015 to January 2016 were selected and retro-spectively analyzed. When designing treatment programs, 56 cases received the routine Western medicine treatment were set as the control group, 48 cases used Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction were set as study group. The nerve function defect, adverse reactions and quality of life score change situation of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results NDS score in the two groups after treatment were decreased, the reduction amplitude of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the NDS score of the study group was（10.32 ± 2.54） which was significantly lower than（15.59 ± 335） of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis can significantly improve therapeutic effect, effectively improve the nerve function of patients, and has high safety, also can promote recovery, so as to improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients. It has clinical promotion val-ue.
