摘要
随着高等教育改革的新形势和高校管理体制改革的进一步深入,学部制改革使高校研究生党建工作面临许多新问题和新挑战。应对新形势,高校党建工作者应结合研究生群体特点,挖掘微信新兴资源的功能优势,有效加强学部制背景下研究生党建工作建设,切实增强基层党组织的创造力和凝聚力,进而实现研究生党建工作的创新。
With further reform of higher education and the management system ,the university of Party construction in postgraduate faced many problems and challenges on the background of faculty management system. Therefore, Under the new situation, the college Party workers should take advantage of ＂ wechat＂ according to the characteristics of postgraduate student, strengthen the Party construction in postgraduate, enhance innovation ＆ cohesion of the party at grass-roots level, and then get the innovation of the party construction in postgraduate.
