摘要
"新常态"下,经济增长已由要素驱动、投资驱动转变为创新驱动,培育和发展创新要素市场对加快区域产业转型、创新型城市建设意义重大。本文通过对常州2000—2013年主要创新要素与经济增长的关系、主要创新要素市场的协同发展情况进行分析,发现:1)在研究期内,仅资金要素存在较强的经济增长效应,技术要素与人力资本要素对经济增长的正向驱动作用较弱;2)资金、人力、技术要素市场复合系统的协同度普遍偏低,且波动幅度较大,各创新要素市场间未形成整体的协同发展效应。
In the new normal, economic growth has shifted from factor-driven, investment-driven to innovation- driven. Fosterage and development of innovation market is of great significance to accelerate the transformation of regional industries and the construction of innovative cities. By exploring the relationship between major innovative factors and economic growth and the collaborative development of innovation markets from 2000 to 2013 in Changzhou, it demonstrate that in the study period, only capital factor has strong economic growth effects, positive driving effects of technical factor and human capital factor on economic growth are weak; synergy degree of the com- pound system of capital, human and technology factors is low and the fluctuation is significant, the integral collab- orative development of innovation market hasn＇t formed.
