摘要 本文利用浊度仪的原理检测胶体电解液灌注到动力铅酸蓄电池后在AGM隔板内的分布均匀性。通过测量系统分析,表明该方法具有足够精度和分辨力。利用该检测方法研究不同胶体电解液在不同AGM隔板胶体电池中的分布均匀性,通过样品电池的容量和循环寿命检测,表明胶体电解液在电池中分布均匀是胶体动力电池性能,尤其是循环性能优异的必要条件。 Based on the principle of turbidty,the distribution uniformity of gelled electrolyte in the AGM separators is tested after gelled electrolyte has been filled into the container of power lead-acid battery.Through the analysis of measurement system,it shows that this method has enough precision and resolution.By using the test method,the distribution uniformities of different gelled electrolytes filled in the lead-acid batteries with different AGM separators are studied,and the results of capacity and cycle life tests show that the homogeneous distribution of gelled electrolyte is essential to the performances of power lead-acid battery,especially the good cycle performance.
