摘要
在一些实际工程中,基础混凝土在浇筑完成不久后就会遭受硫酸盐侵蚀,此时,高抗硫硅酸盐水泥配制的混凝土抗侵蚀能力研究成果较少。本文模拟混凝土浇筑完成不久就遭受硫酸盐侵蚀的特殊情况,分析探讨了不同水灰比条件下高抗硫硅酸盐水泥胶砂试件在短龄期养护时抵抗硫酸盐侵蚀的能力。通过研究发现:1在短龄期养护条件下,当水灰比≥0.45时,高抗硫硅酸盐水泥混凝土无抵抗硫酸盐侵蚀的能力;2在短龄期养护条件下,当混凝土所处的硫酸根离子浓度≤2500mg/L时,高抗硫硅酸盐水泥混凝土的水灰比应≤0.35;当混凝土所处的硫酸根离子浓度≤4000mg/L时,高抗硫硅酸盐水泥混凝土的水灰比应≤0.30;3在短龄期养护条件下,若环境水中硫酸根离子浓度≥4000mg/L时,直接采用高抗硫水泥配制的混凝土就有遭受侵蚀破坏的危险,为避免给工程留下安全隐患,宜采用其他更为稳妥的抗侵蚀措施。
This article simulated the special case of concrete pouring finish soon after eroded by Sulfate,analysed and probed the ability of P·HSR mortar Test block resistance to erosion in short curing age conditions with different water-cement ratio. Through the study found: 1When Water-cement ratio ≥0. 45 in short curing age,there ’s no ability for P · HSR concrete resistance to Sulfate erosion. 2 When in the condition of SO42-concentration≤2500mg / L in short curing age,P·HSR Water-cement ratio should ≤0. 35; When in the condition of SO42-concentration≤4000mg / L in short curing age,P·HSR Water-cement ratio should ≤0. 30. 3If concrete in the condition of SO42-concentration≥4000mg/L in short curing age,P·HSR concrete would be eroded by sulfate. For the safety of construction project,we should use other measures for resistance to sulfate erosion.
