摘要
本文以福利彩票双色球为例,运用独立同分布的中心极限定理(列维定理)配合历史开奖数据证明彩票开奖的随机性,并用x2-分布检验法检验彩票摇奖机的公正性。研究结果表明:双色球各期中奖号码都是随机开出的,彩票摇奖机是公正的,在开奖之前不能主观地预测出下期中奖号码。
In this paper, we use the historical data to proof the randomness of winning prizes on the bases of central limit theorem in the case of double chromosphere. Furthermore, we detect the fairness of lottery machine and obtain the following results： The numbers on the tickets are random; lottery machine is justice; and nobody can forecast the correct number before Lottery management announcing the winning numbers.
