摘要
针对地铁项目的特点通过文献分析与专家判断法识别出6个主风险因素及19个子风险因素,利用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)构建了地铁项目风险评价模型,结合长沙地铁2号线项目进行实例分析,表明了该方法运用于地铁项目风险评价切实可行。
In view of the characteristics of the metro projects,six main risk factors and 19 sub risk factors were identified by literature analysis and expert judgment method. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process( AHP) was used to construct the Metro projects risk evaluation model,and in combination with Changsha Metro Line 2 project for example analysis,it shows that this method is feasible and effective for the risk assessment of the Metro projects.
