摘要
目的应用血小板输注方式对患者实施辅助性治疗临床效果进行研究。方法选择驻马店市中心医院收治的82例接受血小板输注治疗的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组41例。采用单采新鲜血小板输注方式对治疗组患者实施治疗;采用冰冻血小板输注方式对对照组患者实施治疗。结果治疗组患者输注单采新鲜血小板治疗效果明显优于对照组;治疗组治疗计划实施总时间明显短于对照组;且输注治疗期间出现的不良反应例数明显少于对照组。结论应用单采新鲜血小板对需要辅助性输注的患者实施治疗效果明显。
Objective Mode of application of platelet infusion for patients to study the clinical effect of the auxiliary treatment. Methods Selected our hospital 82 cases of blood transfusion patients,randomly divided into control group and treatment group,an average of 41 cases in each group. Using single pick fresh platelet infusion for treatment group patients with blood transfusion treatment; Using frozen platelet transfusion for control group patients with blood transfusion therapy. Results The treatment group patients with blood transfusion treatment effect is better than the control group; Blood transfusion treatment plan implementation of the total time is shorter than the control group obviously; Adverse events occuring in blood transfusion during treatment significantly less than the control group. Conclusion Application of platelet infusion way of adjuvant therapy for patients with clinical effect is very obvious.
