摘要
目的探讨无托槽隐形矫治技术在关闭前牙散在间隙中的应用效果。方法以2012年1月—2014年9月郑州大学第四附属医院收治的24例因牙周病导致前牙散在间隙的患者为研究对象,所有患者均自愿签署知情同意书。24例患者均给予无托槽隐形矫治技术进行治疗,分析其前牙散在间隙关闭的治疗效果。结果本组24例患者均顺利完成治疗,均获得满意临床效果;疗程6~12个月,平均疗程（8.5±1.3）个月;24例患者前牙散在间隙均成功关闭,检查显示前牙覆牙合、覆盖均恢复正常,后牙咬合关系恢复正常;治疗后,本组患者U1-NA（°）、U1-NA（mm）、U1-SN（°）、L1-NB（°）、L1-NB（mm）、L1-MP（°）、Li-E（mm）、Ls-E（mm）等软硬组织指标水平明显低于治疗前,结果有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论无托槽隐形矫治技术在关闭前牙散在间隙中有着较好的应用效果,值得在临床上进行深入研究和推广。
Objective To explore the effect of invisible bracketless technique in treatment of closure of the anterior teeth scattered in the gap. Methods Chose 24 patients with anterior teeth scattered in the gap from Jan. 2012 to Sep. 2014 in our hospital as the research object. All of the patients were voluntary underwent invisible bracketless technique treatment. The treatment effect were analyzed. Results All patients obtained satisfactory therapeutic effect,the anterior teeth scattered in the gap were closed,examination showed anterior overjet were normal. After treatment,patients’ U1- NA（ °） 、U1- NA（ mm） 、U1- SN（ °） 、L1- NB（ mm） 、L1- MP（ °） 、Li- E（ mm） 、Ls- E（ mm） soft tissue index levels were significantly lower than before treatment. Conclusion Invisible bracketless technique in treatment of closure of the anterior teeth scattered in the gap has a good effect,worthy of clinical promotion.
