摘要
在分析电梯变频调速及工作过程中能量流向的基础上,针对电梯回馈能量的回收利用,设计了一种利用超级电容节能的拓扑结构,并提出了一种基于模糊控制的控制策略,采用Matlab/simulink软件进行了仿真,仿真和实验结果都表明超级电容储能的节能系统能够在电机制动时回收制动能量,从而验证了这种节能方案的可行性和基于模糊规则的能量管理方法的有效性。
Based on the analysis of VVVF and working process of the elevator, for the elevator feedback energy recycling, a topology based on super capacitor energy saving was designed, and a control strategy based on fuzzy control was put forward. The simulation was carried on using Matlab/simulink software. The simulation and experiment show that the super capacitor energy storage structure energy saving system can recycle braking energy when motor brakes, so as to verify the feasibility of the energy saving plan and the effectiveness of energy management method based on fuzzy rules.
