摘要
DC/DC变换器作为燃料电池供电系统中的重要组成部分,必须要求其有较高的转换效率。针对燃料电池的特性设计出一种简单高效的两级DC/DC变换器,该变换器以TMS320F2812为控制器核心,Boost和全桥移相电路为主电路的拓扑结构。介绍了硬件系统的整体设计和主要参数的计算,通过仿真和实验证明此DC/DC变换器的转换效率大于90%。
As a key part of a fuel cell, DC-DC converter needs higher conversion efficiency. According to the feature of fuel cell, a simple and efficient two-stage DC-DC converter was designed. In the converter topology structure, a TMS320F2812 was adopted as core controller, and Boost and phase-shift full bridge were adopted as main circuit. The hardware system overall design and key parameter calculation were introduced. The simulation and experimental data prove that the conversion efficiency is higher than 90%.
