聚醚酰亚胺对T700/环氧复合材料的增韧技术 被引量:2

摘要 采用聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)对T700/环氧复合材料进行增韧改性。实验结果表明,PEI改性后环氧树脂复合材料的韧性得到显著提高,力学性能和Tg都稍有下降;在强度满足要求的前提下,PEI含量在20wt%时,所得复合材料的韧性最好,GIC达到593.6 J/m2。 In this paper,the toughening of the T700/epoxy composite was studied by using the polyetherimide( PEI)as additive. Test results show that the toughness of epoxy resin composite was significantly improved,but the mechanical properties and glass transition temperature were slightly decreased. Under the premise of satisfying the strength,the toughness of the composite was the best when the content of PEI was 20wt%,which was reaching 593. 6 J/m2.
