摘要
昆钢炼钢厂9号板坯连铸机经过多年运行后,辊列(扇形段)外弧曲线发生变化,偏离了辊列外弧曲线允许范围,导致拉坯阻力增大,严重影响连铸机的顺行。通过对辊列(扇形段)外弧曲线进行调整,将偏差控制在允许范围内,提高了设备精度,保证了连铸机的顺行。
After years of running, the No.9 slab caster roll-layout (segment) outer arc curve has deviated away from the permissible range in Kunming Steelmaking Plant, leading to the increasing of withdrawal resistance, which seriously influences the smooth running of the casting machine. By adjustment the roll-layout (segment) outer arc curve back to the permissible range, the precision of equipment is improved, and the smooth running of casting machine is also ensured.
