摘要
目的探究个性化护理干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病的护理效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2014年5月～2015年5月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者共83例,按照入院时间顺序随机分为对照组(n=41)与观察组(n=42),对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受个性化护理。比较两组患者COPD治疗效果、急性发作率、生活质量。结果观察组COPD患者治疗总有效率为78.6%,明显高于对照组56.1%(P<0.05);观察组患者COPD急性发作率为9.5%,明显低于对照组34.1%(P<0.05);观察组WHO-BREF各项得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年COPD患者实施个性化护理有助于提高治疗效果,缓解病情进展,有效提高生活质量,简单易行,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To explore the effect of the individualized nursing intervention on the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the effect of the quality of life. Methods A total of 83 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) were randomly divided into control group(n=41) and observation group(n=42) choosed from May 2014 to May 2015,the control group was received routine nursing,the observation group was received individualized nursing.The effect of COPD treatment,acute attack rate and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 78.6%,significantly higher than 56.1% in the control group(P<0.05).The acute attack rate of the observation group was 9.5%,which was significantly lower than34.1% of control group(P<0.05).The scores of WHO-BREF in the observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of individualized nursing for elderly patients with COPD can help improve the treatment effect,ease the progress of the disease,improve the quality of life,simple and easy,it is worthy of clinical application.
