从工民建筑中存在渗漏问题可能带来的问题着手,提出其危害较大应加强技术控制,根据其实际使用状况与实施的要点,提出了对应的见解,以期能够有效地推动我国当前的建筑行业发展,满足人们的生产与生活质量要求。
