摘要
凸模、中模和凹模是聚苯乙烯(EPS)头盔内衬垫发泡模的主要零部件,这些零部件除了造型具有橄榄球形的曲面之外,其结构也颇为复杂。通过对这3种零部件的三维造型,并采用了数铣仿真加工的工艺方法。再编制出了这些零部件的加工工艺规程,还需要采用多种的二类工夹具,对凸模、中模和凹模进行定位和装夹,才能够确保它们顺利地进行加工而制成合格的模具零部件。只有确保了这些零部件完全符合图纸的要求,才能组装出合格的模具用于头盔内衬垫发泡成型加工。
The punch, the middle mold and the cavity are the main parts of the polystyrene (EPS) helmet inner liner foaming mould, and the structure is also complex except for the shape of a rugby shaped curved surface. Through the three-dimensional modeling of these three parts, and using a number of milling process simulation technology. Compilation of the processing of these parts, also need to employ a variety of two kinds of fixture of the punch, mold and cavity positioning and clamping, to ensure that they successfully processed and made into qualified mold parts. Only to ensure that these parts fully meet the requirements of the drawings, in order to assemble a qualified mold used in the helmet liner foam molding processing.
