地铁隧道暗挖施工引起的桥桩基础变形规律与控制技术 被引量:13

摘要 以西安地铁3号线通化门站—胡家庙站区间侧穿长乐桥为工程背景,通过FLAC3D模拟计算,对比分析CRD(交叉中隔墙加台阶)法和台阶法施工对长乐桥桩基变形的影响。CRD法施工对长乐桥桩基变形的影响小于台阶法,故该区间侧穿长乐桥应该采用CRD法施工。长乐桥桩基采取袖阀管注浆加固后,通过现场变形监测反馈,长乐桥桩基变形在可控范围内,可确保地铁施工期间长乐桥的安全使用。验证了袖阀管注浆参数的合理性,研究结果可为类似工程提供参考。 Taking the section from Tonghuamen Station to Hujiamiao Station on Xi'an metro Line 3 as the engineering background, which crosses from the side wear of Changle Bridge, and through analog calculation by using FLAC3D, the effects of CRD method and step method on the deform- ation of Changle Bridge pile foundation are compare and analyzed. The influence of CRD construction method on the pile foundation deformation is less than that of the step method, so this method is recommended for side wear of Changle Bridge pile foundation. After taking the sleeve valve tube grouting reinforcement, the feedback of the de- formation monitoring shows that the deformation of Changle Bridge pile foundation is in the controllable range, and this method could guarantee the safety of Changle Bridge during metro construction, at the same time verify the rationality of the parameters for sleeve valve tube grou- ting. This research can provide a reference for similar projects.
