建设世界科技强国的重要支撑——科技创新与科技传播的协同互动机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 建设世界科技强国是一项复杂的系统工程,尤其需要推进知识创新、技术创新,加强国家创新体系建设。而国家创新体系本身的特点决定了必须为之建设配套的国家科技传播体系,实现科技创新与科技传播协同互动。本文通过历史和理论两方面分析了科技传播与科技创新协同互动的作用,并就国家科技传播体系建设问题做了讨论,认为科技传播与科技创新的协同互动有助于提升知识创新、技术创新和国家创新体系的效率,面向社会和公众的科技传播也有助于营造利于创新的社会环境和文化氛围。因此,建设世界科技强国需要高度重视科技创新与科技传播的协同互动和国家科技传播体系的建设问题。 Building China into a world science and technology power is a complicated systematic project, in particular, it needs to promote knowledge innovation, technological innovation, and strengthen the development of national innovation system. And the characteristics of the national innovation system determine that it must build a complete set of national science and technology communication system, and realize the cooperative interaction between science and technology innovation and communication. This paper analyzed the role of the cooperative interaction between science and technology innovation and communication from the historical and theoretical perspectives, discussed on the development of the national scientific communication system, and thought that the cooperative interaction between science and technology communication and innovation helps to improve the efficiency of knowledge innovation, technological innovation and national innovation system and that the scientific communication geared to the needs of the society and the public also helps to create a social environment and cultural atmosphere conducive to innovation. Therefore, building China into a scientific and technological power in the world requires us to attach great importance to the cooperative interaction between science and technology innovation and communication and also to the development of the national system of scientific communication.
