摘要
目的综述虻虫化学成分、药理作用方面的研究进展。方法查阅近年来国内外文献,对虻虫化学成分、药理作用进行汇总分析。结果研究表明,药用虻虫中主要含有蛋白质、多肽、多糖、脂肪酸以及多种微量元素。具有抗血小板聚集、影响血液流变性、抗炎镇痛、抗肿瘤等功效。结论虻虫化学成分丰富,对多种疾病具有重要的药理作用。
Objective Review the research progress on chemical compositions and pharmacological actions of the Tabanus. Methods Consult literature at home and abroad in recent years to summarize and analyze the research progress on chemical compositions,pharmacological actions of the Tabanus. Results Studies have shown that medicinal Tabanus mainly contains protein,polypeptide,polysaccharide,fatty acid and a variety of microelements,which have the effect on the platelet aggregation,hemorheology,anti-inflammatory analgesic and tumor efficacy. Conclusion The chemical compositions of the Tabanusare rich,which have important pharmacological actions to various diseases.
