摘要
在显微镜下观察淬火后低碳高锰钢的金相组织,分析不同淬火温度条件下的马氏体含量及其组成对其阻尼性能的影响,结果表明随着淬火温度的升高,钢中ε马氏体含量逐渐增加,当温度升高到1 050℃时,同时伴随有少量的α′马氏体,阻尼性能达到0.024。其阻尼性能随淬火温度的升高先增加,此后随温度的进一步升高,阻尼性能反而降低。
The microstrueture of low carbon hadfield steel was observed by EM to study the effect of different quenching temperature on the damping property. The results showed that, the martensite content increased with the increase of the quenching temperature, when the temperature riseed to 1 050 ℃, α'martensite appeared in the steel, and its damping property reached 0.024. The property increased with the quenching temperature at first, then it dropped with the further increase of the quenching temperature.
