摘要
在民族国家依然存在的背景下,政治经济学的国家主体性不可能消失。隐去国家主体性的世界主义经济学,实际上代表着经济强国主张扩大国际分工及强化全球经济控制权的国家主体性。在中国特色社会主义初级阶段,国家之间的竞争和合作关系必然存在,一个国家的政治经济学就是要研究这种竞争与合作关系——国家利益就是这种研究的根本点,国家主体性是中国特色社会主义政治经济学不可或缺的基本属性。中国特色社会主义政治经济学的国家主体性是经济规律一般性与个别性的统一,符合"普遍—特殊—个别"的哲学原理。国家主体性也是自主性与开放性的辩证统一,落实两者的辩证统一,就要贯彻习近平总书记"既要立足本国实际,又要开门搞研究"的基本要求:一方面认真学习,坚持理论创新的开放性胸怀;另一方面立足中国国情,站稳中国立场。
Under the background of national state's existence,national subjectivity of political economics is unlikely to vanish. Cosmopolitanism economics which conceals national subjectivity,in fact,represents the national subjectivity of economic power which advocates the expansion of international division of labor and reinforcement of the control of global economy. In the primary stage of socialism with Chinese characteristics,competitive and cooperative relation between countries must exist. The country's political economics is to study this kind of competitive and cooperative relation. National interest is the basic point of this study,and national subjectivity is the basic attribute which is indispensable to the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics. National subjectivity of political economics of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a unification of economic laws in universality and individuality,conforms to 'common-special-individual'principle in philosophy. National subjectivity is the dialectical unification of autonomy and openness. The key of putting dialectical unification of the two into practice is to implement the basic requirements,which are 'base ourselves on China's realities and open the door to do researches ',addressed by Xi Jin-ping,the general secretary of PRC. On the one hand,study earnestly,adhere to the open mind of theoretical innovation; On the other hand,base on China's national conditions and clairify the firm stand of China's position.
