摘要
通过对82B钢添加钒与未添加钒进行对比,重点研究了矾对82B盘条控冷过程中冷却特性和网状碳化物的影响以及细化珠光体的片层间距的原因。研究表明:加钒可以细化珠光体的片层间距,通过析出强化提高产品性能,但会使网碳的严重程度提高,并加重心部偏析,根据钒的特性,选择适当的工艺可以提高产品性能,并指导82B盘条的实际生产。
Through compare the property of steel grade 82B with or without vanadium, it is mainly focusing on effect of vana- dium on the cooling characteristics and net carbide of wire rod grade 82B in the process of control cooling, and reasons for refining pearlite interlamellar spacing. The study shows that the vanadium addition can refine pearlite lamellar spacing and improve the quality of the product through precipitation strengthening, but it will increase the severity of net carbide and center segregation. According to the characteristics of vanadium, the selection of appropriate technology can improve product performance, and to guide the actual production of wire rod grade g2B.
