摘要
介绍了麦尔兹窑在生产优质冶金石灰过程中,石灰石理化性能、燃料组分、窑工艺参数控制等因素对生产高品质冶金石灰的影响。提出了石灰石和燃料控制要求,窑膛煅烧温度、配风系数、热量等各项工艺参数控制要求,以及冶金石灰的仓储及运输控制要求。
This paper introduces the effects of physical and chemical properties, fuel components and control of kiln processing parameters of the lime stone on production of high quality metallurgical lime with Mazer kiln. Then it proposes the control requirements of lime stone, fuel, kind of process parameters such as calcination temperature, air distribution coefficient and heat, as well as storage and transportation of metallurgical lime.
